IAN
Ian joined us in 2017 as our Monday evening instructor. He is a Leeds City Council Level 2 Gym Instructor and has been providing specific fitness programmes for a varied range of clients since 2005. For many years he has been involved with GP Referral Active Life classes and Disability Sports Camps and classes and in 2012 started Heartwatch classes.
He believes that light cardio and resistance based exercises, along with monitored warm-up and cool-down sessions, are beneficial in maintaining muscular strength, mobilty and flexibility.
Ian is also a junior rugby coach and walk leader and enjoys commuter cycling to and from work and coastal and Dales walking. He would watch rugby, either live or on TV, 24 hours a day if he could!
