Support Group Meetings

All meetings are at 6.45pm for 7pm and are held in the MSK/Physio gym at Wharfedale Hospital unless otherwise stated. Members of Wharfedale Cardiac Club may use their parking permits to park free of charge when attending the support group meetings.

 

 August 26th 2026: "A change is rarely as good as a ......?"  - Speaker: Dr. Chris Shinn, former GP and Head of Occupational Health for West Yorkshire Police, talks about life as a GP in Otley from starting out in the 80s & what he discovered to be the patterns and habits that lead to a healthy happy life.

 

October 21st 2026: "The History of Cardiology" - Speaker: Dr. Greg Reynolds, Consultant Cardiologist.
