Gym Equipment

We provide all the necessary equipment used in our exercise classes.

 

This includes professional standard exercise bikes, rowing machine, treadmill and cross trainers.

 

We are grateful to our friends at the Take Heart charity for funding most of the exercise machines.  Take Heart do fantastic work in the Yorkshire Heart Centre at the Leeds General Infirmary and St. James Hospital, Leeds and its units in the Leeds Teaching Hospitals Trust.
