Friendly exercise classes

Our exercise classes are held at 6pm and 7.20pm on Mondays and Thursdays in the Physiotherapy gym at the Wharfedale Hospital, Otley - more information on the location and parking here.

 

All equipment is provided by us and, typically, exercise classes last about an hour and ten minutes. The classes are supervised by our experienced, professional instructors, who supervise participants closely and pay particular attention to new starters. Learn more about our instructors here. 

 

Places at classes are subject to pre-booking. When you first join, we will provide you with details on how to book.

 

Attendance at our exercise classes normally costs £5.50 per person per class, However, if you have had a recent cardiac event and have not taken part in any organised exercise since, then you might qualify for an initial twelve free exercise classes, subject to assessment by one of our instructors.
